Refund and Cancellation Policy

By purchasing our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU Consumer Law (Directive 2011/83/EU) and Portuguese Law (Decree-Law no. 24/2014), you have the right to cancel your contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of purchase (the "Cooling-off Period") without giving any reason, provided that the service has not been fully performed.

2. Exceptions to the Right of Refund

Please note that the right of withdrawal changes once we begin working on your case:

  • Fully Performed Services: If the service has been fully completed by our team within the 14-day period with your consent, you lose the right to a refund.

  • Services Already Commenced: If you requested that we start the service during the 14-day cancellation period and you decide to cancel after we have begun the work, we reserve the right to retain a portion of the payment. This amount will be proportional to the work already performed up to the moment you communicated your cancellation.

  • Digital Content: For digital products (e.g., downloadable guides, e-books, templates), the right to a refund is waived once the download or access has started.

3. Non-Refundable Third-Party Fees

Many of our services involve payments to third parties on your behalf (e.g., Government fees, Tax Authority fees, translation costs, notary fees).

  • These fees are strictly non-refundable. If we have already paid these fees to the respective entities at the time of your cancellation request, we cannot refund that specific portion of your payment, as these funds are not recoverable by us.

4. How to Request a Cancellation

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement.

  • Please include the service purchased and the date of the transaction in your email.

5. Refund Processing

  • If your cancellation request is approved, we will reimburse the applicable amount without undue delay and not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel.

  • We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
