We review the information provided and may ask focused questions. This stage helps identify a relevant service route; it is not an authority decision or definitive legal assessment.

Before contracting, you receive the applicable service description, inclusions, exclusions, responsibilities, price, payment terms and cancellation information.

If you choose to proceed, we confirm how information and documents should be provided, who is responsible for each action and which next step comes first.

We carry out the agreed work, request what is needed and provide updates about actions within our scope. Authority and third-party timings remain outside our control.

If a question or action requires a lawyer, solicitor, accountant, tax adviser or other regulated professional, that work is identified and handled through the appropriate qualified person and engagement route.
